There are no chips, cracks, or other damage. The blue in it is very light and the first two pictures were taken outside in natural light so you can see the color better. Due to differences in monitors, lighting and cameras, the actual color can vary, depending on the color settings on your computer monitor, laptop, tablet, or phone.
Although this is a Westmoreland figure, it was made by the, now defunct, Summit Glass company, who bought the moulds from Westmoreland when they closed their factory.
The last picture is shown as an example of some our other glass pieces.
