On the face of the note is Merlion Park, a famous Singapore landmark located near the Central Business District, beneath the banner "Singapore International Coin Fair 2018". The Merlion is a mythical creature with a lion's head and the body of a fish that is widely used as a mascot in Singapore. On the reverse is a mirror etching of the front.
