    Offering a beautiful antique milk glass hen on nest lidded dish manufactured by the Flaccus Glass Company c. 1900 to commemorate the Spanish American War
    (1898-1902).
    Dish depicts an eagle sitting atop a nest of three eggs with outstretched wings, eggs read
    Porto Rica
    (sic),
    Cuba
    and
    Philippines
    . The base displays a banner reading
    The American Hen
    , verso is stamped

    Measures 6 ¼” long x 3 ½” wide x 3 ¾” high
    In very good antique condition, there is small chip on the top feather, a black mark on the Philippines egg as well as tiny fleabites/roughness along the inner lip where the lid rests commensurate with age and production, no other issues noted, please see all photos
    A wonderful addition to any milk glass, hen on nest or Spanish American War collection!
